I don’t want to believe that I am the only one who can relate to this.

Were there ever times in ‘uni’ when you over-prepared for an exam by studying all the materials provided and even went as far as engaging in additional research? How did you feel when compared to the times you just skimmed through the textbook and entered the exam hall to write an exam?

I would liken the superman feeling to the first experience because I certainly do know how it feels.

As a Young Professional, there’s a possibility that you may struggle with self-confidence at some point in your career and this is basically as a result of not feeling capable and competent to deliver on your assigned responsibilities. This is absolutely normal and there’s no need to panic because you are not alone; even the best of hands have at one time or the other been in your shoes but there’s a way out and you can start by articulating.
