Working with Coaches has become the norm in the new world of work, A Coach is your external ear and eye. There are so many reasons you need a Coach but I’ll share just 3.
1. Gain Knowledge/Awareness: A Coach can evoke awareness simply by asking powerful questions that will guide you to the obvious and relevant answers you seek, they basically help you avoid paying tuition to the school of hard knocks and reduce time-wasting.
2. Improve Performance: People seek out coaches for performance improvement in a particular area, and your performance obviously improves as a result of gaining awareness/clarity during coaching conversations by taking necessary actions to move you forward.
